Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
went out to practice at the chagrin reservation this morning. the workout was a fartlek, 12x 1:00 with 2:00 between. the hard sections were very hard, hence the long recovery intervals. kept a good pace for recovery though. it was hilly, which was fun, and difficult when the hard intervals were uphill. very tired by the end. cooled down for a while. stretch, bagels and chocolate milk afterwards.
