Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 1 mile on treadmill. Then two miles on lake with Pam for her workout. Easy out and then a 6:09 back. Then 5 more miles on the treadmill. It was hot and muggy out for sure. Hard to breath and chest hurt.
