Felt great during the whole run however. I didnt exceed 8 per mile on the flats. I did pass people on the hills. I am strong on hills. Now I need to do speed work. I want to shoot for 7:30 on the flats by November.I am strong enough and have enough endurance. I need to leave my heart in the race. I need to increase intensity and quicken my steps. I need to experiment and see what is more efficient for me on the flats. The weather was cool. I got beat by verif. Tuesday runs are key. Per adan I need to do these long 7 milers even if im tired on that day. That will take me to the next level.
