With Josh Mackenzie and Nick. Nice day outside. Went down to freese trails instead of up to get to measured mile. Definitely a nicer way to finish Monkey, probably a bit shorter too though. After the meet yesterday my lower back, had been hurting right on the bone even with my hipbone. Maybe it's the back of my hip, I'm not really sure. Either way, that had been hurting me the night before and in the morning. Hurt for the first 10 minutes of the run then it loosened up. Wasn't quite sure what to stretch to get it to go away, so it started hurting again after the run. I think it might have something to do with the strengthening the PT told me to do, so I'll try doing more of that and seeing if it helps the problem.
