Race Pace Workout

Comments:
Did a warm up then did 10x3min @ race pace with 90 seconds inbetween each one and then did 4x45sec at the end hard. I did the first 3 pretty hard and actually led, then I put on spikes after 4, and the last 5 were pretty tough, the effort was good but I lost some of the guys. The 45 seconds were good but really tough just because my legs were so tired. But overall it was a good workout and it was a good effort. I had no idea we had a workout so I wasn't expecting it.
