I do not understand. For some reason, my heart rate was 40 lower than usual...and I simply didn't feel like I was working that hard. I don't think I got into that much better shape that fast? I'm just confused now.

just went all the way to the library and found out that my group decided not to meet while I was in practice. shiiiiiit.
