Oh how good it felt, but the good feeling was also a bad feeling... I started to push the speed up button on the treadmill a little too quickly. I thought I could haul butt the last mile, but the water kept calling. I really needed to swoosh water in my mouth and spit it, but that's a little hard in a wellness center!!
