Comments:
raining again. not too cold though, so it was bearable. warmed up 2 to mlk, drills.
shooting for 5:25-5:30. felt great on the way out, a little fast though (5:22, 5:29, 5:28) for 16:19 3mi. about 2:30 recovery jog, then back. slower on the way back, into the wind (5:32, 5:35, 5:28) i think i got the splits messed up, but it was about 16:35 for the way back. pushed more for the last 1mi-2km, feeling tired, but good. hr after was 140 (low).
easy jog to the track, 3x300m accelerative striders--felt good, got my legs moving. cooldown 1.25mi for 11 on the day.
