Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went to lahaye after class. I did 8x100s at moderate pace, 100 easy, 800 straight at moderate pace, 100 easy, and 4x50s at max pace. I really tried to focus on my form and breathing. I did 3 strokes per breath the whole time. I felt like I was struggling on the 100s but on the 800 I got in a god rhythm and it wasnt hard. The 50s felt great. Another workout like this and I will feel prepared for Giant Acorn this weekend!
