Comments:
Ran first mile at 7:30. second at around 7:50 and the 3rd and 4th in the low 9 minutes. I did half of my workout doing speed. I was getting down to 6 minutes per mile on the flats just extending my stride and swinging my arms faster. On the little hills i would get my speed down to 8 per mile. I think I could hold onto a 7:45 pace but I need to find it. I was trying to do it. I either run an 8 or go down to 7. I need to keep practicing to find it.
