Well day number two! I am back on the road again! I am still doing the walk jog program. I decided to walk for 2 minutes and jog for 4 minutes. If I can do this all next week, without re-injuring the foot I will go to 6 minutes and 2 the following week and continue each week until I reach 10 minutes an 2 walking.
I went a little farther than yesterday (1/4 mile) in about the same time frame.
