Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran to AU, did two laps, and ran back along the back way. My knees hurt so I didn't do the workout. This is either because my shoes are too worn out, but more likely because of the elliptical training I've been doing. I'll probably get new shoes soon. 10 minutes of biking when I got back.
