Weather: Low 80's Breezy
Comments:
Ran over to the bridge from school with both eriks through chesterfield and alleyways, not too bad I guess. Then 6 intervals all on the laferdeis loop, each one varied by three of them were a half mile, one was .9, one was .45 and then another one was .65. The first 4 I ran really really well and pushed myself to the brink on everyone, focusing on getting out fast from now on. Then that longer one we had to go up bermudas and that totally kicked my ass so I ended up slowing down to about 6:05 pace, overall a really good day on my part. The first 4 intervals only dave beat me, 5th one everyone on varsity but leonard beat me and the 6th one kyle and dave got me. I really pushed myself today, hopefully be like this alot more. Also of note, probs anywhere from .05-.1 more on the intervals but I just played it safe and went with this.
Also worked out today with weights afterwards
15,10x 75 with the bench press
20,10x40 with the bicep curl machine
20,10x35 with lat pulldowns
few minutes with the 10 pounders dumbell swings
like 8 on each arm of the 20's curls and 10 inclined pushups
