First Speed Workout!!

Weather: didnt notice.

Comments:
First workout in a while, this is a good sign. Knees hurt on way to AU and I was so worried they would hurt during the workout. I stretched and did a lot of leg swings before, and luckily they were manageable during the workout. Felt great to work so hard again, and I know I'm out of shape and the times will get better, but I'm not too worried at this point. Just enjoying the fact that I could do that kind of a workout without significant pain. I only did 2 800's and one 400 but I guess adding more will also come with time.

Was so exhausted afterwards, but in the good way. I will (eventually) get in shape.
