Comments:
Time to start training again and not be a fat sack of shit. Mileage build and weight loss for 5-6 weeks. No planned workouts, will pick it up when I feel like it and maybe do some Thursday workouts with CPTC.

-I'm currently 194 lbs. I want to be 180 by the end of October. No more Ben and Jerry's
-Need to take iron pill/vitamin every day, working on getting more calcium.
-No napping after work and before running.
-Every 3 miles = 1 beer allowed.
