I didn't get a chance to get a ride in today so I picked up the trainer from my parents and did the workout on it before bed. I felt good but it was kind of hot inside and I sweated a lot. I did 15 min warm up, 45sec max, 30sec easy, 45 max, 2:00 easy, 1:30 max, 40 easy, 1:30 max, 2:00 easy, 10 min strength endurance (60rpms), and 10 min cool down.
