Comments:
8 minutes up fast, then 6 mile tempo starting at the statue, lower loop, up the east side, harlem hills, down the west side, finishing at the statue. I'm note sure if the splits are right but I heard 6:15, 6:04, 6:10, 6:20 (uphill), 6:17, 5:41(downill). 4 minute jog into a hard 1k (3:20). 8 minute cooldown. I felt pretty good today.
