Comments:
Did some jumping because I felt guilty about the amount of food I consumed - 6 slices bread, half tin of beans, plus onion vegetable sauce left over, plus yoghurt, plus orange, plus pear, plus two small bowls cereal. I think that makes about 1700 calories. Plus I had a really sensible breakfast and lunch, but then gave in to offers of two little cakes from old people in the afternoon! Could only manage two sets of 10 jumps, and was exhausted so probably about 50 calories accounted for! About another 650 heading straight for my fat supplies.
