Weather: Chilly

Comments:
Felt sore, but overall pretty good after the first 20 minutes. Extremely slight heel pain occasionally, but not a problem for 98% of the run and only slightly annoying for the other 2%. Budman got tripped by a dog and that was funny. Kisley threatened to knock over another Port a Potty. Hyland got pissed at Dordai when Hyland cut his hamstring on a thorn bush and Dordai just said "Thorn Bush." as though Hyland hadn't noticed. Birdman gave himself the "Peeves" nickname and Saksham started making analogies to Harry Potter when talking to him. Reptard's orienteering skills revealed a new path that bypassed the massive fallen tree in Robert E. Lee. Guess that's about it. Nice to get a long run in for the first time in a couple weeks. Oh also we dropped the pace for the last 10 minutes and I think we closed the last mile in sub 6.

Edit: In retrospect it looks like I'm bragging about running a sub-6 mile...yeah right
