Comments:
Got up early and went to the gym before work (retirement home for 8 hours, woohooo).
Did the same Aqua jog pickups routine I did when I went to wilson last Friday. 2 sets of 9 minutes of 1 minute pick ups and recovery and 6 minutes of warm up and cool down. Was slightly sore from the workout yesterday, which is kinda sad because I only did 2 800's and a 400. Really wished I could have been listening to music instead of doing it in dull silence for 30 minutes.
