.....which wouldn't have actually fully mattered because It was pretty useless today anyways. Elliptical actually hurts my knees? (how is that possible?) and the bike does as well. Tried the rowing machine, but realized that it was basically a horizontal squat.
I don't really understand, because last spring I was always able to bike and elliptical. I think its that back then, I knew my knee was going to hurt, so I was happy that it hurt *less* than running, even though it still hurt. And now that I am almost back, I guess I'm just sensitive to anything that could make it worse again or aggravate it. Maybe??? I'm probably crazy.
I ended up just doing alot of stretching, icing and crunches.
