Bike to and from work

Pretty much normal day, taking it very easy. Very fatigued after yesterday, though. More than I thought. Not sure if the long run yesterday was a good idea from point of view of doing a good run on Saturday. Debating whether to stick to plan or take easy days at the end of week. I should stick to plan, obviously. I should consciously make Thursday's sessions recovery pace, and make sure I rest as much as I can, but I can't just drop out of training for every league meeting, or I'll never train.
