Beach tempo

Weather: sunny, 60's

Comments:
Warmed up inside before starting 2 mile tempo to beach, trying to beat 15:00. Felt pretty good first mile, started out more determined/harder than usual tempo pace and did mile in 7:20. Kept pace going but starting to fatigue, able to get in mile 2 at 7:30 so did it in 14:50!!! How cool, fastest pace running ever! Walked for a bit before mile cool down home.
