Weather: very mild, breezy

Comments:
did 2x the normal loops while tairu's training @ ashmole. ran continuous and continued @ pace up to 23 mins, although I headed back along Hampden Way after top of 2nd lap. Felt ok, but still very fatigued after yesterday. 1st Lap was about 10:30 for 1.7 Miles, I seemed to lose time on the second lap, but I felt good, especially on climbs.
