Had to warm up really quick. Wasnt very prepared. Got out really good somewhere near 5:50-5:55 through the mile. Felt really good untill 800 to go got a terrible cramp. Was going to drop out. Ended up finishing 18:21 course was extremley muddy. Probably 30 seconds slow. Didnt cool down to mad.
