Comments:
felt good but felt really slow, probably because I just woke up from a hardcore 3 hour nap. Right IT band sore again, reminding me I am/have a weak ass.
Maybe I should get to doing a little marching again, that seemed to get my ass to work just fine after basic unless that was just because I had some time away from running.
