Felt ok coming in but a little drowsy. First 600 was blazing fast, 1:43, 8 seconds under goal time. 800's felt pretty relaxed even though I was under goal time. Last 600 was tough but was still far under goal time. Long cooldown with Willy after 3 x ybf.
