I felt pretty good. I only drank a small coffee and no donut. I had went to betos wedding the day before.I actually left jet in the dust. He turned back because he had a phone call but I heard his breathing was not too good. My breathing was awesome. I think that it has to do with all of the speed training that I've been doing with adan. I have been doing more speed training now than hills. Its seems that when I do speed I maintain a steady weight. I do not want to weigh myself anymore. I don't like that stress. When I get a chance though I want to buy some herbalife product to enhance my running.Edwin beat me but he also beat me last week on the 10 miler. I can take him. I need to do a combo of tempo and mountains. Talk to adan about marathon this weekend. See if he will do it. I will try to keep my pace at around 7:40 today.
