Three days in a row! I want to do five runs this week. I only have 4 more to do by Saturday. This is the first time in about 2 months that I have Ran for Four consecutive days in a row. I am still doing the walk jog program. I walked for 2 minutes and jogged for 4 minutes. I did the lifestyle loop and I ran for approx. 1 minute longer on the last interval. If I can just keep this going all week, without re-injuring the foot I will go to 6 minutes and 2 the following week and continue each week until I reach 10 minutes an 2 walking.
