couldn't find a smooth stride, felt like I was trying the whole run and form started to fall apart at about 3 and a half miles. The 6:40s felt harder than the 6:20 in the middle of my last tempo, form falling apart on the last one was like my 6:04

Think I got dehydrated fast or something, was down to 138 pounds after the run and yesterday's run I was 143
