Druid Mansion Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3x200 @ R, 2x1000 @ I, 3xmile @ I, 2x1000 @ I, 2:30 after the 1000s and 4:00 after the miles(3:17,3:12,5:05,5:05,5:05,3:12,3:11). I was consistent, so that was good, but I feel like I had a little bit too much in the tank after this one. I don't think workouts should ever approach race-level mentality/difficulty (in terms of like how your legs feel), so I was reluctant to go all out on any of the reps, but I feel that I could have done ~4-5 seconds faster per mile and still been semi-ok. Had to hurdle SnorMax on the first 1000 so that threw me off a little and messed up the time slightly.

Generally I tried to stay slightly conservative during the first 300 meters and then gradually work my way up to the leaders by the 800 (not that I was starting out much behind them anyway). This worked pretty well, but like I said I wish I had pushed just a slight bit more. Still pretty happy with it though. Also I suspect the mile circuit was slightly short.
