Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Plus another Montebello Loop. Did strides in the stadium also. Felt pretty good but it was a relaxed pace so that is probably why. Heel felt a little weird at one point but nothing serious (I don't think). After the run my right knee felt a bit tight. Favorite quote of the run:

Hyland: "What would you do if (this water fountain) had Woodchuck coming out of it instead of water?"
Julian: "Well, water has about the same alcohol content (as Woodchucks), so..."

Also the woman who yelled "Shake it shawties!" or the girls who shrieked (something something) "White boys!" (something something)
