Ugh, I was going really slow. It feels like these Saucony trainers are just too heavy for my weaker legs. I pound a lot with them (which contributes to my shin pain) and my form is really poor, but when I'm wearing my lighter Nikes my form opens out and I go a lot faster. I'm debating whether to switch to the Nikes permanently as my trainers.

Anyway I just did random running. I went into some trails behind the school and after not knowing where I was going for 15 minutes I came out on the roads near Woodville, so I went back to the school, ran down to the hairpin, ran back to the school, then went Woods and Back to finish it.
