Speed Workout @ Woodlands

Phew, after feeling terrible about my running this speed workout definitely helped my morale. It was 7 400s at race pace, and while I started with the fast B group I instantly pulled away and ran the first few 400s on my own. Then I caught up with the slower C group (C group is faster than B group, it's a weird system) and ran with them. Sticking with them wasn't too hard and I was either with or right behind Spencer for each one. They had to run 3 more 4s than I did, but I think I could have stuck with them for 3 more if I had decided to run them. I didn't want to push my luck, though.

The first and fourth 400s were both slightly downhill, the rest were pretty flat. My shins were killing me afterward, but during the run everything felt fine.
