Comments:
I set out for an easy run today, but about a mile in I started to notice the muscles on the front side of my leg below the knee really started to tighten up. I had to stop a couple of time to stretch/rub them out and after the 2nd stop, I was fine after that. Either the warmer temps affected me more than I thought they would or I haven't been drinking enough water, either way it wasn't enjoyable, which probably contributed to a faster time - I just wanted it to be over.
