Comments:
2 x 4 x 400 w/ 100 jog between reps and 400 between sets. workout went pretty bad.. ran on pioneer xc course on a hilly part of the course with curves. legs were tired and started the workout too fast. went 70, 73, 72, 80, 73, 80, 76, 85. felt terrible. odds were downhill, evens uphill
