Comments:
7am practice. felt awesome today, had at least another lap or two in me, but held it back to the pace I was supposed to run since it was a threshold, so theoretically, I should be able to hold that pace for an hour. no change in shin pain, will ice today. one hour of lifting later too. very happy with the training week, I'll be right around 60 miles, with a very hard workout on tuesday, and a more moderate workout today.
