Bike to work and back

Weather: Cloudy, bit chilly.

Comments:
I had to ride to work and back, tried to take it as easy as possible, unfortunately also had to ride over to station rd to pick up some keys, which meant going over muswell hill, so after that I'm feeling like I should have stayed in bed! Legs a bit tired. I brought my XC spikes to work, and put them on under the desk to stretch them a bit, they seem fine. I put 5s in, which I think is going to be about right after all the dry weather, and the breeze will put a lot of leaves on the ground etc. Feeling like I do now, I would be happy with 70s!
