Bad workout. 2 miles up, then the goal was 4x Reservoir loops at marathon, half marathon, 10k, 8k pace. I stopped at 5 miles and my splits were slow. I was 9:40 on the first loop and finished the third loop @ 28:15.

lack of sleep, poor diet, core beforehand, and general mental weakness.
