Comments:
Kept the pace decent for this one, but in control because we have a workout in 14 hours. Not too sore or anything, and feeling pretty good. Decided to just keep it at 52 minutes because I'm trying to slightly reduce my mileage this week, and knocking ~ a mile off for 5 days will work.
