Falmouth Coast Long Slow Run

Weather: Nice evening, gentle breeze.

Comments:
Was hoping to do 13 miles but didn't really have a route planned, ended up running along roads, coastal trails and even a beach at one point.
Not a fast time but was very hilly which took quite a lot out of me, a few aches and pains by the end.
Not a great week, been pretty busy and very unhealthy, pleased to get this much needed run in.
