Well this went better than I expected. Unlike at FOC with the terrible cramp at the last mile, this time I felt pretty good and really felt like I was racing, not just running while other people passed me. I was pretty happy with my time since I went in with fairly low expectations considering the difficulty of this course, but it still is slower than some of my Freshman times. On the upside I am now our 11th runner although honestly I hope I stay there because I don't want to train for Regionals and States. I'm planning on looking up workouts for 800 runners and doing that to set myself up for a good start to Indoor.
