up in the north-south park/shaker area.
felt shitty, had to poo after the first 4min. for some reason i just wasn't recovering like i should have, and it was harder than it should've been. i didn't drop too far off of the front group, mostly because they looped back on the rest intervals. still ran the :30s hard at the end. i was exhausted almost immediately afterward. got back to veale, still not feeling great-- static 1, hipsx15. home to nap.
