Was really looking forward all week to to being able to do the track workout today, especially after having such a good week last week, but as during the day, my knees hurt a bunch just while walking (Luckily no shin thing, i think I iced that out of existence). Talked to Anthony he said I should just aquajog. I felt like I did pretty well, (or at least worked hard), and I tried to make this my workout, going extra hard on the pickups etc. I was out of breath for much of it, which is a good sign. I've been doing this mix of pickups and recoveries totalling 30 minutes, and I kinda dont want to have to explain it every time I log these aquajogs, so I think I am just gonna list it in detail here, and refer back to and mention it later. It should save time.
