situps on swiss ball, 30 lb,2 sets 30 reps. 1 set 30 reps with twist; curtsey squats with 8 lb medicine ball,1 set each leg, 20 reps; side lunges with swiss ball, 1 set each leg 15 reps: back extensions on swiss ball, 2 sets 20 reps; side ab raises on swiss ball with 10 lb 2 sets 20 reps, side leg raises, 2 sets, 15 reps. Bridge hip raises on ball, 30 lbs, 1 set, 15 reps.
