Bike to and from work

Weather: Windy, very mild

Comments:
nice easy bike ride in the morning, with a strong tail wind. slightly different story on way home. Feeling a little bit tired, didn't sleep nearly enough, but no pain anywhere.
Still getting a bit of dizziness, I'm pretty sure it's just low blood pressure caused by training adaptation, so I need to find ways to manage with it.
