Ran by myself for the workout because of night class. Did a warm up and then 6x3min on/90 seconds jog then did 4x45 hard w/45 sec jog. Honestly it was pretty miserable with the heat and not having run much lately because of my hip and sickness, I didn't run very fast and it was just tough, hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things.
