So this workout went pretty well. I started the the first 600 with the B group, but right away I had gapped them and I ended up catching up with the C group up ahead. For the first three or so I would start with the B group and catch up with the C group, so I finally just started with the C group. My first one with the C group was 2:10 because Jorma had told them to slow down and they slowed down too much. The next one I led from start to finish since it was my last one (they had one more) and that one went well.

Overall I felt good, although I think my toenail on my OTHER big toe is also starting to grow into my toe. It's not noticeably painful unless I purposely place pressure on it, but I'm worried it'll become infected.
