I was well rested. I went out and ran and wasnt really getting tired. I had to trust myself on the hills but I got over them fairly quickly. Lesson of the day...Try and find the most packed piece of dirt to run on. That way I can push off with alot more force and am more efficient. I am definitely on another level. About about 2 minutes from June.I am improving which is good news. I need to put in some miles tomorrow. I had the green shake right before my run. I felt pretty good. The concentration was there. I am also running better because of the core excercises I've been doing. I've been drinking bud lights. I should start doing the P90x. I should ask chavita. Might as well. I am not doing anything else with my life. At least I can have good health.
