Weather: tad cool, cloudy
Comments:
ran the first half mile of the way back in 4min 10sec (slight incline the whole way, and up the bridge/hill)
half mile before than in abt 4min (give or take, prob less than)
can't believe i've messed up my season with my laziness/inability to balance school and sports. at this point, its not just one week off of steady training but several. i had myself set up so well -all that training down the drain. i mean, i can still make this a fine season, but its not the same.
